§ 2.44.025. Removal.

Any member of the planning-zoning commission may be removed from office by the mayor, with the consent of the city commission after due notice and hearing if such member has missed three consecutive meetings or has been absent from more than fifty percent of the meetings held during any twelve-month period of time.
