§ 2.08.070. Quorum—Compulsory attendance.

A majority of all the members elected to the commission shall constitute a quorum at any regular or special meeting of the commission. In the absence of a quorum, the mayor shall, at the insistence of any two members present, compel the attendance of absent members.
