§ 2.08.080. Meetings open to public—Order of business.

A.

All meetings of the commission shall be open to the public.

B.

The business of the commission shall be taken up for consideration and disposition in the following order:

Roll call;

2.

Approval of agenda;

3.

Approval of minutes of previous meeting;

4.

Recognition of visitors;

5.

Proclamations, awards and presentations;

6.

Receipt of petitions and communications;

7.

Consent agenda;

8.

Introduction and adoption of resolutions and ordinances;

9.

Unfinished business;

10.

New business;

11.

Reports of officers, boards and committees;

12.

Future agenda items;

13.

Adjournment.
