§ 16.04.200. Removal of disabled, abandoned or improperly parked property.

The manager or his authorized representative may remove from any area of the airport any vehicle, aircraft or other property which is disabled, abandoned, parked in violation of the provisions of this chapter, or which represents an operational problem, at the owner's expense and without any liability for damage which may result in the course of such movement.
