§ 16.04.210. Vehicle use on landing or ramp areas—License or authorization required.

It is unlawful for any person to operate any vehicle on the landing or ramp areas unless such person is licensed to operate such vehicle on the public highways of this state, or unless such vehicle is licensed for operation on such highways or is specially authorized for operation on the airport property only.
