§ 13.04.120. Service changes—Disconnection for nonpayment—Reconnection charge.

In the event that any charge for sewer service as provided is not paid within three months after the same shall become due, the city may disconnect the service. In every case where sewer service has been disconnected for nonpayment of sewer charges, reconnection of the service shall be made only after payment of all delinquencies plus the reasonable and actual expenses incurred by the city in disconnecting and reconnecting service, but not to exceed in any event the sum of twenty-five dollars.
