§ 10.12.020. Parking in front of theater entrances or exits prohibited.

No person shall park or cause to be parked any motor vehicle or other vehicle in front of the entrance to or exit from any theater that is open for business; except, for the loading or unloading of the elderly or handicapped, or for the loading or unloading of a public carrier type passenger vehicle.
