§ 9.60.010. Fraud.

Fraud consists of the international misappropriation or taking of anything of value which belongs to another by means of fraudulent conduct, practices or representations. Whoever commits fraud when the value of the property misappropriated is two hundred fifty dollars or less is guilty of a petty misdemeanor.
