§ 9.50.010. Unlawful acts designated.

It is unlawful for any person to place, or cause to be placed in any streets, alleys or public ways of the city any substance or thing that interferes with the free and undisturbed use of the streets, alleys or public ways of the city, or the public drainage of the city.
