§ 9.48.020. Injury to monuments, guideboards and buildings.

  • It is unlawful for any person to wilfully, maliciously or recklessly break down, injure or destroy any monument erected for the purpose of designating the boundaries of any tract or lot of land, or to wilfully and maliciously injure or disfigure any building or guideboard, within the city.
