§ 8.04.115. Fees for noncontainerized alley refuse collection.

Upon request of a property owner within the city, the city may collect refuse from all or other area designated by the owner which cannot be appropriately deposited in containers provided by the city. The fee for such collection and removal shall be twenty-nine dollars and seventy cents per flatbed truck removed by the city.
