§ 6.16.100. Sparsely settled areas—Number and location restrictions.

  • In very sparsely settled areas within the city where one person may own or control two acres or more of land, such person may keep one head of livestock, or may keep twenty-five poultry for each one acre of land within the city under his ownership or control, but in such cases no livestock or poultry shall be kept within two hundred feet of any residence or business establishment, except the residence or business establishment of the person owning or controlling the livestock or poultry.
