§ 5.40.100. Penalty for violation.
Latest version.
Any person who violates any of the provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of a misdemeanor, and upon conviction thereof, shall be punishable by a fine of not less than five hundred dollars, or by imprisonment in the city jail for a term not to exceed ninety days, or by both such fine and imprisonment.
