§ 5.32.100. Police officer enforcement duties.

It shall be the duty of any police officer of the city to require any person seen engaged in the business of transient soliciting and vending, and who is not known by such officer to be duly licensed, to produce his license, and to enforce the provisions of this chapter against any person found to be violating the same.
