§ 5.28.060. Rates designated—Posting requirements.

A.

Rates charged by common motor carriers shall be those rates established for each such carrier by order of the state Corporation Commission.

B.

Each such common motor carrier shall keep a rate schedule conspicuously posted in each vehicle operated by such carrier, and shall also post a copy of its rate schedule in its principal place of business within the city.
