§ 5.16.050. License fee exemptions.

No license fee shall be deposited with the application of:
A.

Any person conducting any dance for charity;

B.

Any bona fide organization formed for purpose other than profit; or

C.

Any person having paid a license fee under the provisions of Chapter 5.12.
