§ 5.12.200. Manufacturing for sale without license unlawful.

It is unlawful for any person who is not the holder of a license permitting the same,
issued under the provisions of the laws of the state, or whose license has been suspended
or revoked, to manufacture for the purpose of sale, sell, or possess for the purpose
of sale, any alcoholic liquor in the city. The keeping in excess of one gallon of
alcoholic liquors, as defined by this chapter, shall be prima facie evidence of an
intent to sell the same.
