§ 5.04.100. Fees—Penalty for delinquent payment.

A penalty of ten percent of the amount due to the city under this chapter may be assessed upon any person who shall fail to pay the license fee prior to January 10th or new businesses who shall fail to pay the license fee prior to opening of business.
