§ 3.04.020. Adoption of procurement regulations.

The city of Clovis Purchasing Manual is hereby adopted to implement all city purchases and to compliment and supplement the New Mexico Procurement Code. Any changes, amendments, or supplements to the Purchasing Manual shall be approved by resolution of the commission upon the recommendation of the city purchasing agent and the city manager.
