§ 2.16.020. Compensation—Employment benefits.

The salary for the municipal judge for each term of office shall be eighty-five percent of that authorized by law to be paid to a state magistrate judge upon the date of the election of the municipal judge to that position. The municipal judge shall be provided benefits and accrue leave on the same basis as a regular full-time city employee.
