§ 17.80.110. Classification of nonconforming buildings.

  • Buildings and structures are nonconforming if they fail to meet this title's floor area, density, setback, bufferyard, height, parking or bulk requirements. Nonconforming buildings are further defined as major and minor according to the following:

    A.

    Minor nonconforming buildings are all those buildings that exceed the setback, bufferyard or bulk standards.

    B.

    Major nonconforming buildings exceed this title's floor area, density or parking standards.
