A.

This chapter provides minimum landscaping standards. The bufferyard standards minimize adverse impacts associated with nonresidential uses adjacent to or abutting residential districts.

B.

Up to eighty percent of the adjacent city right-of-way may be used to satisfy the minimum ten percent landscaping requirement.
