§ 16.04.250. Vehicle use on landing or ramp area—Transporting dangerous material unlawful.

  • It is unlawful for any person to operate, stop or park on the landing area or ramp area any vehicle transporting any dynamite, nitroglycerin, black powder, fireworks, blasting caps or other explosives, gasoline, alcohol, ether, liquid shellac, kerosene, turpentine, formaldehyde or other flammable or combustible liquid, ammonium nitrate, sodium chlorate, wet hemp, powdered metallic magnesium, nitro cellulose film, peroxides or other flammable solids or oxidizing materials, hydrochloric acid, sulfuric acid or other corrosive liquids, prussic acid, phosgene, arsenic, carbolic acid, potassium cyanide, tear gas, lewisite or any other poisonous substance, liquor or gas or any compressed gases, or any radioactive article, substance or materials, at such time or in such manner or condition as to unreasonably endanger persons or property.
