§ 16.04.040. Civil aviation board-Membership and appointment.

The board of civil aviation shall be composed of seven members, who shall be appointed by the mayor, with the advice and consent of the city commission. Appointments shall be for terms of three years. The present membership of the board of civil aviation, and the terms of each incumbent thereto, is ratified and confirmed.
