§ 15.48.230. Enforcement by building inspector—Powers and duties.

  • It is made the duty of the city building inspector to enforce all of the provisions of this chapter as prescribed herein, or such provisions as may hereafter be enacted, and for the purpose of securing the enforcement of any regulation which may be hereafter created pursuant to any authority conferred by this chapter. For the purpose of carrying out his enforcement powers, the building inspector shall have the right and is empowered to enter upon any premises on which any automobile trailers are located, or are about to be located, and inspect the same, and all accommodations connected therewith, at any reasonable time. The building inspector is further empowered to issue orders granting, reviewing and revoking such permits and licenses as are provided for in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
