§ 15.48.060. Mobile home subdivisions—Planning commission authorized to adopt applicable regulations.

    The planning commission is authorized to adopt, in such fashion as other regulations are adopted by the planning commission, subdivision regulations applicable to mobile homes subdivisions, which may govern:

    1.

    The width of the street;

    2.

    The width, depth and arrangement of lots;

    3.

    Land use, including natural drainage;

    4.

    The extent and manner in which:

    a.

    The streets are graded and improved,

    b.

    Water, sewer and other utility facilities are installed.

    B.

    Such regulations may be adopted as a condition precedent to the approval of a plat of a mobile homes subdivision. Such regulations applicable to mobile homes subdivisions may be in the form of requirements imposed in addition to normal subdivision regulations, or conditions imposed as a substitute for regulations of normal subdivisions. The enumeration in this chapter of standards to be exercised by the planning commission shall not be considered exclusive.
