§ 15.36.030. Building inspector—Powers and duties.

The building inspector shall inspect all building installations in the city, and is authorized to issue all permits and licenses necessary to carry out effectively the duties of his office, and shall be charged with the proper enforcement of all building and zoning ordinances that are now in effect or shall be adopted in the future.
