§ 15.32.070. Basis for establishing the areas of special flood hazard.

The areas of special flood hazard identified by the Federal Emergency Management Agency in the current scientific and engineering report entitled, "The Flood Insurance Study (FIS) for Curry County, New Mexico and Incorporated Communities," dated May 16, 2013, with accompanying Flood Insurance Rate Maps (FIRM) dated May 16, 2013. The Flood Insurance Study is on file in the office of the city clerk at 321 Connelly Street, Clovis, New Mexico.
