§ 13.08.020. Preparation of plans.

Whenever the city administration receives any application for approval of a new subdivision over which the city has jurisdiction, the city administration will cause plans for the extension of sewage disposal facilities to the new subdivision to be prepared. The plans may, if necessary in the opinion of the city manager, be prepared by a registered professional engineer, and shall in any event comply with all city regulations applicable to the construction of sewage disposal lines and facilities. The plans shall include an estimated cost of constructing the necessary sewage facilities and of acquiring right-of-way, if any.
