§ 13.04.080. Sewer connection fee—Disposition of proceeds.

The proceeds of all sewer connection fees shall be placed in a special fund, which shall be used for the purpose of defraying in whole or in part: (a) the installation of new trunk or interceptor sewer lines as part of any required physical and geographical expansion of the city's sanitary sewer system, (b) the installation of new lift stations in sewer lines, or (c) the installation of supplemental or replacement trunk or interceptor sewer lines as may be required to increase the capacity of the city's existing sanitary sewer system, and for no other purpose.
