§ 13.04.040. Sewer connection fee—Single-family residential structures.

The sewer connection fee for all new single family residential structures (which shall include both single family structures, and mobile homes) shall be three hundred dollars for each structure. If the permit application discloses that any single family residential structure includes more than ten plumbing or waste fixtures, an additional charge of thirty dollars per fixture will be added to the sewer connection fee.
