§ 12.26.040. Fees.

  • The processing fee of three hundred dollars will be charged to cover reasonable administrative expenses based on approximate costs of reviewing the name change application, researching property owners, holding the public hearing, mailing notices, and other expenses incidental to processing the street name change application. Successful applicants will also be charged a fee to cover the actual cost of street sign replacements, which costs shall be identified in the resolution approving the name change.
