§ 12.24.030. Unlawful uses of ponds and lakes.

  • It is unlawful for any person, in or upon any public lake or pond within or owned by the city:

    A.

    To use minnows for bait;

    B.

    To catch more than six trout per day;

    C.

    To enter, swim, wade, or boat;

    D.

    To cast overhead from any bridge or adjoining road;

    E.

    To place or throw any material, chemical, rubbish, trash, rocks, or brush into; or

    F.

    To clean fish in the water or in the surrounding banks.
