§ 12.04.060. Construction or improvement—Right of appeal on decision of city manager.

  • Should the city manager refuse to grant such permission, which right of refusal is granted by this section, the applicant may appeal to the city commission. The right of appeal shall extend to the conditions of the grant should the applicant feel such conditions are harsh. The appeal shall be informal but filed in writing with the city clerk not more than thirty days after the decision appealed from. The appeal shall be heard at the next regular meeting of the commission, provided it is filed at least three days before such meeting.
