§ 10.26.010. Court automation fee.

A.

The municipal court shall impose a court automation fee in the amount of six dollars on anyone convicted in the municipal court, of violating any ordinance relating to the operation of a motor vehicle or any ordinance that may be enforced by the imposition of a term of imprisonment.

B.

All money collected pursuant to this chapter shall be remitted monthly to the state treasurer for credit to the municipal court state automation fund and shall be used for the purchase and maintenance of court automation systems in the municipal courts.
